The Weyers Cave Community Center is run by volunteers. Those who use the facilities should clean the rooms they have used afterwards, turn off the lights, and turn the thermostat to the appropriate energy-saving setting as instructed.

The following amenities are available for any room: American flag, sound system, tables, chairs, podium, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, and a stage (for ballroom).

A cleaning fee will be assessed for unseemly messes. Renters are also responsible for judicious use of first aid kits. They will be prosecuted if dishes, pots, pans, knives, etc. have disappeared from the building while they were renting it. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises and renters will be asked to leave with their guests immediately with no refund if alcohol is being used by anyone in the party, even in the parking lot.
